SWEETFAITH ONLINE ACADEMY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Students/Guardians must agree to and comply with the following:
1. Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Student Cancellations:
24-hour notice is required for lesson cancellations, except in emergencies.
Cancelled lessons by students will not be rescheduled.
Academy Cancellations:
Cancelled lessons by the Academy will be rescheduled.
2. Lesson Punctuality:
Students must be prepared for the lesson at the scheduled time.
If a student is not ready within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the lesson may be considered cancelled.
3. Scheduling & Availability:
Changes to lesson times are subject to teacher availability.
4. Fees & Payments:
Fees are due before the 5th of each month.
Non-payment may result in:
No calls from the teacher.
The lesson slot being offered to another student.
Fees are payable even during student absences or holidays.
One-month notice is required for student withdrawals. Failure to provide notice may result in payment for the following month.
5. Academy Holidays:
No regular lessons are conducted during Ramadan, except for the Weekly Lectures (Ramadan Conference).
6. Payment Notifications:
Please inform the Academy when payments are made via Dahabshiil, Taaj and including relevant details.
7. Student Attendance & Behavior:
Regular attendance at all lessons, including Islamic Studies, is expected.
Absences should be avoided unless for valid reasons.
Communication with teachers must be through official Sweetfaith Academy Skype accounts, not personal numbers or WhatsApp.
