LEVEL 1 - QAIDAH – LEARN HOW TO READ THE QURAN
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This is a level one course on reading the Quran course for those who are embarking on their journey to study the Quran and Islamic Knowledge.
COURSE OUTLINE
The Arabic Reading and Writing Level 1 covers how to:
1. Read and write the Arabic letters in their original form.
1. Read and write the Arabic letters and their different forms in the beginning, middle, and end of the word.
3. Read the letters from the correct point of articulation.
4. Recognize the letters and differentiate them from similar ones.
It gives the learner plenty of practice and is supported with guided learning tools.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
By the end of the course the students should be able to:
Recognize the letter in all their forms.
Read the letters with the correct pronunciation.
Be able to differentiate between letters that originate from a similar Makhraj (etc. Hamza and Ayn).
ASSESSMENT
Student will be examined on their ability to read the letters in all their forms and shapes. In addition to their pronunciation of the letters.
INSTRUCTION
The lesson will be conducted through Skype.

LEVEL 2 - QAIDAH – LEARN HOW TO READ THE QURAN
COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course will enable students to recite the Arabic Language and the Quran fluently applying all the necessary rules.

The Arabic Reading and Writing Level 2 covers:
The three short vowels: Fatha, Kasra, Dammah
The Sukoon
The Natural Madd including the Madd including the Madd Leen
The Tanween
The Sun and Moon letters
The Madd Muttasil and Munfasil
It gives the learner plenty of practice to develop good reading and writing skills in the Arabic language.
ASSESMENT
Students will be examined on the above objectives to move to the next level.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course will enable students to recite the Quran with Tajweed.
COURSE OUTLINE
In this course students will learn how to recite the Quran fluently implementing the Tajweed rules. The students will learn the rules of Tajweed in theory and practice. Students will receive ample support in perfecting their recitation of the Quran.
OBJECTIVES
Be able to recite the Quran correctly whilst applying the rules of Tajweed.
Be able to explain the basic rulings of Tajweed.
ASSESMENT
Students will be examined on the above objectives to move to the next level.
